Mom's Chicken Curry

Ingredients

the spice mix
ginger
garlic
onions
chickens
curry leaves
curry powder
tomatoes
potatoes

The key is to let the chicken cook and wait for the chicken juice to fill up half chicken in the pot.

Ice Cream Cake

Plain Cake

2 sticks of salted butter
1 and 1/4 cup sugar
2 cups of flour
1 tsp of baking powder
4 eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract

Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes

Buy tub of ice cream and put the ice cream in the middle.

Icing: Cool whip don't freeze.

Cabbage & Ramen Noodles

Ingredients

Cabbage
chicken
Soy Sauce
Brown sugar
Ginger
1 flavor pkg from ramen Noodles
3 tsp vinegar
2 tsp sugar
2 tsp oil
1/2 tsp pepper

1. Cook the chicken in soy sauce, brown sugar and ginger.
2. Add the the cabbage, ramen noodles flavor, vinegar, sugar, oil and pepper mix.

Broccoli Almond Salad

Ingredients

3-4 crowns of broccoli
Raisins
Almond sliced
Mayonaise
Vinegar
Sugar
Apple (optional) - peeled
Bacon (Crunchy)

For 2 crowns of broccoli - 1/2 cup mayo, 1/4 cup sugar and 1/4 cup vinegar

For 3-4 crowns of broccoli - 1 cup mayo, 1/2 cup sugar and 1/2 cup vinegar

Banana Bread (Chocolate Chip optional)

Ingredients

1 cup butter
2 cups granulated sugar
6-7 bananas
2 1/2 cups all purpose flour (2.5 cups)
4 eggs
1 tsp salt
2 tsp baking soda
Vanilla extract

Mash the bananas and include all the ingredients. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-45 minutes
